Jailfunds.com has officially transitioned to CorrectPay.com, effective November 29, 2021. Anyone using the Jailfunds app or the Jailfunds.com website will automatically be redirected to the CorrectPay sites.
Any new users should download the CorrectPay app through the Google Play store or the App Store. It is available for both Android and IOS users. If users prefer to use the website, they should use https://www.correctpay.com/moving forward.

Family and friends of inmates housed in a Davidson County Sheriff’s Office (DCSO) jail have several different options for depositing money into an inmate account.
Inmate Phones and Video Visitation:
To add money to phone accounts, deposits must be made at www.ICSolutions.com or via telephone.
Friends and Family can set up an account via the below methods:

The following forms of payments are accepted:
Visa or MasterCard, Debit Cards, Western Union may be used for online or phone payments. Money Orders and Cashier’s Check may be mailed in.
For Prepaid Accounts, the following information is required by whoever sets up the account:
- Name and Address of person you will be calling.
- The designated telephone number you will call.
- The name of the Facility where you are incarcerated.
The video visitation system allows inmates to converse with friends and family through video. This allows anyone with internet access to schedule a time to video visit someone being held in the facility. With this system in place, the inmates can converse with their children, friends and family living anywhere in the United States. Young children can talk to parents and siblings when they would not otherwise be able to. For more information about Video Visitation please visit their website at JailATM.com.
Inmate Commissary:

**As we transition to the new vendor, the lobby kiosks are temporarily unavailable for deposits**
A kiosk for in-person deposits is available in the lobby of the Downtown Detention Center at 200 James Robertson Parkway. Funds may also be deposited online by using the CorrectPay App (Google Play and App Store), at www.CorrectPay.com, or by phone at 1-855-VendEng. (1-855-836-3364).

Important Reminders
- Inmate’s account balances cannot be discussed over the telephone.
