Inmate Trust Account Deposits

Please be advised:

Jailfunds.com has officially transitioned to CorrectPay.com, effective November 29, 2021. Anyone using the Jailfunds app or the Jailfunds.com website will automatically be redirected to the CorrectPay sites.

Any new users should download the CorrectPay app through the Google Play store or the App Store. It is available for both Android and IOS users. If users prefer to use the website, they should use https://www.correctpay.com/moving forward.

We expect this to be a seamless transition for customers. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact your Account Executive directly. Family and friends of inmates housed in a Davidson County Sheriff’s Office (DCSO) jail have several different options for depositing money into an inmate account.

 

CDM, CDF, DDC, and MCC  Inmate Phones and Video Visitation:

Online registration is available through Securus Technologies at www.videovisitanywhere.com. Family and friends may also download the app through Google Play or the App Store. A valid email address will be needed for all online registration.

CDM, MCC and DDC  – Inmate Commissary:

Kiosks for in-person deposits are located in the lobbies of the Correctional Development Center-Male (CDM),  and the Downtown Detention Center (DDC). Funds may also be deposited online by using the JailFunds App (Google Play and App Store), at www.CorrectPay.com, or by phone at 1-855-VendEng.  (1-855-836-3364).

All money orders mailed to the inmate commissary accounts should be mailed to:

  • Current use of the websites to make deposits will not change.
  • Money orders are subject to processing fees.
  • Money orders are limited to $300.00 per transaction.

Important Reminders

  • Inmate’s account balances cannot be discussed over the telephone.
  • Inmates cannot release money unless to an attorney or bondsman.
