About the Day Reporting Program
The Day Reporting Program (DRP) is an alternative sentencing option for the court system and probation.
Programs & Services Offered
**Payment is required before any classes can be attended, and the only acceptable forms of payment are money order & cashiers check. For questions or assistance, please call the Day Reporting Center at 615-862-8355.
DAATS and ASI (Drug and Alcohol Assessment)
- Assessments must be completed before participating in any other programs.
- Registration: Complete online at DUI School Online Registration before setting up assessment appointment. Click here to complete online form.
- Referral Required: From an attorney, probation officer, or Davidson County court.
- Cost: $100 for assessment.
Certified Batterers Intervention Program (BIP)
- Registration: Thursdays at 1:00 PM
- Cost: $250 for 26 weeks | $500 for 52 weeks

- Cost: $140
- Enrollment is restricted to individuals with a DUI offense originating in Davidson County. Any exceptions must be referred by the courts.
Anger Management
- Schedule: Mondays 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM and Thursdays: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Drug and Alcohol Education (DAE)

Parenting & Responsible Behavioral Thinking (RBT)

DUI School
The DUI School provides public services to the Nashville community. We offer a state‑licensed 12‑hour alcohol and drug education program, along with referrals to appropriate treatment programs. Our office is staffed by administrative professionals and three state‑licensed alcohol and drug abuse counselors.
The DUI School provides direct services to the General Sessions Court and State Trial Courts.
The DUI School is a State‑Licensed DUI program for both first‑time offenders and multi‑offenders in accordance with Tennessee DUI laws. We also provide Alcohol and Drug Assessments as part of the program.

Interpreter Services
If an offender referred from another state or county requires an interpreter to participate in the DUI School or Intensive Outpatient Treatment, the offender must coordinate with the referring jurisdiction to arrange for those services.
