The DUI School is a public service to the Nashville community and surrounding counties. We offer a 12-hour alcohol and drug education program with the ability to make referrals to treatment programs. Our office consists of four administrative staff and two state licensed alcohol and drug abuse counselors. The DUI School provides direct service to the General Sessions Court and State Trial Courts.
The DUI School is a State‑Licensed DUI program for both first‑time offenders and multi‑offenders in accordance with Tennessee DUI laws. We also provide Alcohol and Drug Assessments as part of the program.

If an offender referred to us from another state or county requires the services of an interpreter in order to participate in our DUI Safety School or our Intensive Outpatient Treatment, the offender must coordinate with the referring jurisdiction to make arrangements to have those services provided.
