The Safety Center is a public service to the Nashville community and surrounding counties. We offer a 12 hour alcohol and drug education program with the ability to make referrals to treatment programs. Our office consist of four administrative staff and two state licensed alcohol and drug abuse counselors. The Safety Center provides direct service to the General Sessions Court and State Trial Courts. We are a state licensed facility that provides service to any DUI offender including those coming to us from another state of county.
DUI Safety School: is a State Licensed DUI school for First Offender and Multi-Offenders within the DUI laws. The DUI Safety School offers Alcohol and Drug Assessments.

If an offender referred to us from another state or county requires the services of an interpreter in order to participate in our DUI Safety School or our Intensive Outpatient Treatment, the offender must coordinate with the referring jurisdiction to make arrangements to have those services provided.
